Services include coordination of component assembly, land and sea transportation, and satellite cargo monitoring. No guarantee is given against delays arising from customs, weather, or force majeure conditions.

2. User Responsibilities

The user undertakes to provide truthful and complete information about the cargo, including customs documentation, certificates of origin, and technical specifications. Any omission or inaccurate data that results in fines, holds, or additional costs shall be the sole responsibility of the user.

3. Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of production, lost profits, or any economic harm exceeding the declared value of the cargo at the time of shipment. The maximum liability is limited to the amount invoiced for the service corresponding to the affected shipment.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the portal —including texts, graphics, continental maps, tracking interfaces, and databases— is owned by the Company or used under license. Reproduction, distribution, or modification without express written authorization is prohibited.

5. Term and Modifications

These terms take effect from the user's first session on the portal. The Company reserves the right to modify them at any time, notifying changes at least fifteen days in advance via a notice on the main page. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of the new conditions.

6. Termination of Service

The Company may suspend or cancel access to the portal and associated services if the user breaches any of these provisions, without prejudice to claiming corresponding damages. In the event of termination, the user must settle the services already provided.
